Through a materiality analysis, we analyze the main factors that impact our stakeholders to draw up a strategy that will allow us to continue growing and implementing best global practices in environmental, social and corporate governance matters.

We have mapped our contribution to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals across the 5 ESG topics in which we have worked during 2020.

Environmental impact

In the 2021 strategy we are addressing priority issues detected in the materiality analysis, seeking to counteract the impact we generate on the planet.


We currently carry out activities such as:
- Recycling electronics and garbage
- Collecting batteries
- Reforestation days
- «Adopt a tree» campaign
- Training our staff for the management and care of wildlife and hazardous waste management.

Building quality and safety
Offering safe and quality industrial spaces is part of our DNA. In 2020, we carefully documented our Internal Control Processes to guarantee the standards we follow for quality and safety are appropriate and enough, addressing risk management and compliance with internal policies.

Contribution to the communities around us
We are proud to support the communities around us through initiatives and donations that promote education and well-being, such as the one recently carried out in which six elementary schools were selected in García, Nuevo León, to help them with multipurpose courts construction, which were delivered in January 2021.

Diversity makes us stronger, that is why we work to guarantee the full and effective participation of women within the company, by promoting equal access to leadership opportunities at all levels of the company, in addition to equal pay for equal work.

Client satisfaction
We seek to foster long-term relationships with our tenants based on communication and valuable services, that is why each year we conduct a survey and based on the findings, we establish an action plan to raise our satisfaction rates.

Throughout the year, we work on «One Planet Living» 10 principles of WWF, to bring our tenants initiatives for our planet sustainability. Some of them are: trainings in social and environmental matters, reforestation days, contest for «Día de Muertos» altar, donations, as well as the “Advance Business Connection” supply forum among tenants.
