With an investment of 17 million dollars, the new Harsco production plant will cover the demand for industrial grids in both Mexico and Latin America. The Advance Queretaro Industrial Park (PIAQ), in charge of Advance Real Estate, will house the new production plant of Harsco Industrial IKG, a pioneer in the production of industrial grids. In the presence of the governor of the state of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez Servién, on Tuesday the groundbreaking of the new Harsco production plant was held in the Advance Querétaro Industrial Park located in the municipality of El Marqués.
According to José Luis Vargas, General Manager of Harsco in Mexico, the investment of 17 million dollars in the new Harsco production plant will cover the demand for industrial grids in both Mexico and Latin America.
This project, called Build-to-Suit will be developed in its entirety by Advance Real Estate and will have an area of 12 thousand square meters, which will be completed during the last quarter of the year.
