The data show that digital transformation helps companies offer personalized services, attractive economic investments in the e-commerce and export products manufacturing sectors, and helps promote sustainability efforts such as energy efficiency, water treatment, or decarbonization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industrial parks in Mexico: changes driven by digitalization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A study carried out by the consulting firm Select<sup>2<\/sup> assessed the progress of industrial parks in Mexico. It concluded that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span>50% of companies in the industrial real estate sector have achieved positive results in their digital transformation efforts.<\/span><\/li><li><span>70% reported already having an integral digitalization strategy, a manager in charge, and a governance plan.<\/span><\/li><li><span>59% of a company\u2019s budget for Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) was earmarked for innovation, on average.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study also revealed a higher interest in implementing ESG criteria from these companies, which aligns with a smart and sustainable industrial park model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the key technologies helping to achieve these goals are the Internet of Things (IoT), Building Information Modeling, and construction progress monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another important tool used is augmented reality, which focuses on showing potential clients a 360-degree version of the building. PropTech technologies (property technology) have also been adopted to make administrative management more transparent and, therefore, guarantee information security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logistics optimization: how to encourage industrial parks investment?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the logistics sector, there are five digital transformation trends that have increased the value of <a href=\"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com.amatedigital.mx\/adblog\/en\/what-are-industrial-spaces\/\">industrial spaces<\/a>, attracting foreign investment to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
