{"id":2058,"date":"2023-01-17T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-17T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com\/adblog\/?p=2058"},"modified":"2025-10-21T16:45:48","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T22:45:48","slug":"escenario-pospandemia-que-ocurre-con-el-e-commerce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com\/adblog\/escenario-pospandemia-que-ocurre-con-el-e-commerce\/","title":{"rendered":"Escenario pospandemia: \u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre con el e-commerce?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='booster-block booster-read-block'>\n                <div class=\"twp-read-time\">\n                \t<i class=\"booster-icon twp-clock\"><\/i> <span>Read Time:<\/span>3 Minute                <\/div>\n\n            <\/div>\n<p>En la actualidad, el panorama del e-commerce dista mucho de los pron\u00f3sticos que se generaron durante la pandemia, pues aunque la crisis de salud precipit\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n del comercio, forzando a los consumidores a adoptar nuevos canales y replantear sus h\u00e1bitos, la presencialidad nunca dej\u00f3 de ser necesaria para ciertas actividades y esto no excluye al comercio mayorista y al sector de retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente, el fen\u00f3meno se reflej\u00f3 en el estudio<em> What matters to today’s consumer<\/em><sup>1<\/sup>, realizado por Capgemini, donde se encontr\u00f3 que previo a los tiempos de pandemia, el 60% de consumidores<sup>2<\/sup> se inclinaba por hacer sus compras en tiendas f\u00edsicas, mientras que en 2022, luego de los confinamientos, esta cifra creci\u00f3 hasta el 72%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proceso de venta en tienda f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio (que se llev\u00f3 a cabo con la participaci\u00f3n de 10,000 entrevistados<sup>2<\/sup> de diferentes pa\u00edses) descart\u00f3 los temores vinculados con la potencial desaparici\u00f3n de los centros comerciales y los peque\u00f1os comercios f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad es que el e-commerce seguir\u00e1 desempe\u00f1ando un rol fundamental en la expansi\u00f3n de las empresas y la experiencia del consumidor, por lo que la vuelta a las tiendas no implicar\u00e1 que los compradores abandonen los comercios electr\u00f3nicos. El cambio radica en que ahora buscar\u00e1n una experiencia complementaria entre las tiendas digitales y f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto conlleva que la evoluci\u00f3n de los centros comerciales est\u00e9 orient\u00e1ndose a una vivencia m\u00e1s l\u00fadica y con m\u00e1s estimulaci\u00f3n de los sentidos, como la que se da con la posibilidad de uso o experimentaci\u00f3n con distintos productos, de modo que en el viaje del consumidor se elimine la incongruencia entre <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com.amatedigital.mx\/adblog\/que-es-la-logistica-de-almacenamiento-y-cuales-son-sus-funciones\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com.amatedigital.mx\/adblog\/que-es-la-logistica-de-almacenamiento-y-cuales-son-sus-funciones\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#216baf\" class=\"has-inline-color\">la expectativa generada sobre el producto en el mundo digital y el aspecto o usabilidad del mismo en f\u00edsico.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Importancia de contar con un centro de distribuci\u00f3n adecuado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En medio de este ajuste, se prev\u00e9 que para 2025, el crecimiento del e-commerce represente un 24% del total de ventas del sector de retail<sup>3<\/sup> en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan datos de Euromonitor en un estudio reciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de venta en tienda f\u00edsica ha tra\u00eddo nuevas necesidades; una de ellas es la capacitaci\u00f3n de personal para hacer frente a los procesos de la cadena log\u00edstica y a la insuficiencia de mano de obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cada vez se requerir\u00e1n m\u00e1s espacios compatibles con la automatizaci\u00f3n y el uso de dispositivos port\u00e1tiles o wearables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la encuesta de investigaci\u00f3n sobre automatizaci\u00f3n, realizada por el Material Handling Institute, entre <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com.amatedigital.mx\/adblog\/centro-de-distribucion-los-factores-que-debes-considerar\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/advance-realestate.com.amatedigital.mx\/adblog\/centro-de-distribucion-los-factores-que-debes-considerar\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#216baf\" class=\"has-inline-color\">las tendencias m\u00e1s importantes<sup>3<\/sup> vinculadas a los centros log\u00edsticos<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>, encontraremos las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span>El 51% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas analizadas tiene planes para la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas automatizados.<\/span><\/li><li><span>M\u00e1s del 70% quiere implementar lecturas de mediciones autom\u00e1ticas, recopilaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de datos a trav\u00e9s de sistemas AMR<sup>4<\/sup> (Automated Meter Reading).<\/span><\/li><li><span>Cerca de un 80% tiene planes de implementar procesos de<em> <\/em>picking<em> <\/em>rob\u00f3tico.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La automatizaci\u00f3n y los nuevos procesos de venta relacionados con el e-commerce son esenciales para el futuro de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, es importante que un centro de
