After the new vacation reform, people working in Mexico have doubled their vacation period, going from 6 paid vacation days after one year of service (increasing every year) to a minimum of 12 days.

Consequently, this change implies companies’ internal transformation, bringing to the forefront team management to balance work and vacations.
