Is it advisable to set up in an industrial corridor in Mexico?

An industrial corridor refers to an area where parks or companies with export-oriented operations and the domestic market are located. Although most of the industrial companies located in these areas are foreign, it is also common the presence of national ones that take advantage of this location.
